Usage allowances and rates
The proposed monthly allowances are shared across first-party apps by people and agents. They apply equally to monthly and annual workspace plans. Additional usage billing requires an active published rate card and your acceptance.

Paid AI and integrations
The proposed model gives built-in AI, dedicated AI and paid integrations separate rates based on reconciled supplier cost. Draft rates do not authorize a charge. Customer-owned provider keys are billed directly by that provider.
Know what creates a charge
Usage charges cannot be authorized while rates are draft, loading or unavailable. An active offer must disclose the allowances and rates before you accept additional usage billing.
AI and your own provider keys
The proposed model meters Topolo-paid AI separately. With your own provider key, that provider charges you directly; Topolo will not charge that model cost again. Proposed platform allowances cover operations and storage separately.
Monitor and control spending
Before usage billing is enabled, organization billing must show consumption and charges with permission-controlled spending alerts and limits. Creating an agent, key or workspace will not add an allowance.
